Yitu Wang is a highly skilled and internationally minded attorney with an extensive legal background in both Chinese and American law. With a strong academic foundation and diverse practical experience, he has honed expertise in Real Estate Development, Private Equity Investment, and Immigration.

Yitu earned an LL.B. and B.A. from Beijing Foreign Studies University, one of China’s most prestigious institutions known for its focus on international relations. Seeking to broaden his legal expertise, Yitu further pursued a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in the United States. This experience helped refine his understanding of U.S. legal systems, practices, and court procedures. 

Prior to launch his own legal practice, Yitu used to held several senior positions at multinational companies, including Manager of the Legal Department at Greenland US Holding Corporation and Vice President (Fund Management) at Landsea Holdings Corporation. 

Licensed to practice law in California, Yitu brings a unique perspective to clients, bridging the gap between Eastern and Western legal systems.
